I have experience working in a psychiatric hospital in London, and together with my subsequent extensive management experience with a large global organization, where a key part of my role involved mentoring and coaching people in developing their careers, prompted me to embark on my career as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

 

My holistic approach to counselling facilitates opportunities for my clients to explore their feelings in a non-judgemental, and safe environment. In this therapeutic partnership, I facilitate clients as they identify and manage strong feelings such as anger or anxiety that maybe associated for example with change, grief, loss or trauma.

 

I provide a wide range of therapeutic counselling supports for grief, loss, relationship problems, depression, stress, workplace issues, motivation, low self-esteem and anxiety to name but a few.

 

I am a registered member of Psychologist Protection Society, an accredited member of IACP and Registered MBACP (Accred).
